Plug the charger into the wall outlet and test the output at the pins with a meter. If readings are correct, have the B350 checked out. 12 volt is 12 volt, and should not have caused any problem with another 12 volt unit. Your thoughts may be misplaced here.

first, make sure it's fully charged, then check the bluetooth settings on your phone to make sure it's set up to use the headset. There could also be a feature on your phone that doesn't allow media to be played beyond a certain level. Last, try cleaning the earpiece out with a cotton swab if you've had it any length of time, you'd be surprised at how much dirt and grime can get it those things.

my hb250xt is paired to phone and the light is flashing blue. when I make a call it does not go thru the head set and the light go off until I end the call and then it comes back on. cannot talk thru headset
