Error code E#100, ERR 100 or E100-0000 is a laser scanner unit error.
Solution 1:
Turn off the printer, wait 10 minutes, and then turn it on again.
Solution 2:
Flip open the top of the printer.
Look for a small shutter that holds the laser: carefully force this open with your hands and force the laser out into the center of the tracking cradle.
After you move the laser, unplug the printer for a few minutes.
Plug the printer back in.
Solution 3:
If the same error occurs, it's necessary to contact a service representative.

Uninstall and Install avast on your system again. I hope it will work.

This is an error in the communication with the scanner. Check or reseat the connectors from the scanner , check to see if the scanner even moves during initialization ( power supply for it may be bad ), check/replace reader controller, scanner board, or main controller of copier. I've not seen this error before. Good luck.

First way
turn off printer.
- put your finger and hold on/off with reset/stop button together
- turn on printer power switch
- release on/off button but in the same time still hold stop/reset button and then press on/off button again and hold.
- wait at the moment
- relese stop/reset button 2X.( your will see alarm led blingking for 2X)
- relese on/off button.
wait until your printer digital screen shows number 0.
- after printer panel screen shows number 0.
- press reset button 4x
- press on/off button 1x
wait until your hear printer roller is moving
after your hear roller moving, wait until your dont hear anything from your printer :)
then turn off and turn on your printer again and your will see your printer back to normal.

Second Way
turn off printer.

- relese stop/reset button 2X.( your will see alarm led blingking for 2X)
- relese on/off button.

- after printer panel screen shows number 0.

then turn off and turn on your printer again and your will see your printer back to normal.

6202 error code means that the scanner motor failed

to solve this

-Open the printer access door of your printer
-Unplug power cable
-then after 30secs plug the power able back
-If the printer is already power-up the message printer access door will appear
-Close th printer access door
-try to scan or print

when the window has reached the top position keep the window switch up for 15 sec,operate the window complete down and when down hold the window switch down for 15 sec test this after. all you are doing is to teach the control unit the limit stop and open position.

What MAC code did you use? Are you getting an error on the display? Please describe what you have done so far and I'll try to help.

i have a copy of the pc INSallation cd fo windows 98/me2000/xp. also a zip fle of the folders on the player these you need to replace to get the player pass that the initalising screen.

Check the battery i think it`s dead
