It is just that main unit is looking for the "Wireless sub-woofer" and shows this message when it can't find the sub.
wireless connection between main unit and sub should be reset.

Consult its directions to see if it has a variable audio output, then use it.

go to samsungusa.com and look for a listing for codes, or you can go to the store and look at a universal remote package for the code

Have a look at this solution: http://www.fixya.com/support/t1942837-dvd_player_reads_no_disc_shows_loading. I used a cotton bud with isopropyl alcohol to clean around and inside the mechanism then cleaned and inserted a DVD.

Have you tried other DVD's...you might have a bad one.

If so,,,you may need to clean the laser diode. You'll need cottonless swabs (no lint swabs) and Isopropyl alcohol 99%.

Might be hard to get to, depending on the model, but gently swab the diode lens. Don't saturate it tho.
