First connect the ethernet cord from your modem directly to the ethernet connector on your computer to enable direct access the internet. Click on the link below to download the software. After installing the software, connect your Netgear wireless device and let Windows install it. Follow the prompts to have Windows look for the software for your hardware. You should then be able to use the Netgear wireless device. ftp://downloads.netgear.com/files/wg111_2_1.zip

The mouse should have come with a CD which has the mouse software on it. Put the CD into your computer and follow the installation instructions. Once the software has been installed, plug the USB receiver (the thin black piece) into your computer. Put a battery in your mouse and turn it on. Then press the Connect button on your receiver, and when the light starts flashing, press the Connect button on the mouse. The light will stop flashing and your mouse should be ready to use.
It appears you can download the drivers for this from http://www.dynexsupport.com/product/?pid=DX-EBUSB Once they're installed you should be on your way.
Hi, connecting the Dynex Wireless Optical Mouse is easy. First, you need to install the driver for the mouse. It should have come packaged with the mouse, on the CD-ROM. If you don't have the CD-ROM you can download the driver from the website and install it:
Scroll down to "Dynex Wireless Optical Mouse" and click "English" next to "Driver:" to download it, then unzip it and install it.
Once you've installed the driver, all you have to do is put the two AA batteries in the mouse, flip the switch on the bottom to On, and insert the USB receiver into your computer. Your mouse should be usable right away!
all you need is the longitus eterneth cable needed to connect to / from the Dynex 4 port Hub ethernet cable plus a host pc on Dynex 4 port ethernet hub, the host pc you need to specify that you are sharing the connection of internet connection through the eterneth, and ready luck
Standalone I don't think your Dynex Wireless G/Model DX-BUSB wireless card is supported by the Linux kernel or any third party drivers. You can try use ndiswarpper.
cd ~/folder that has your driver
sudo ndiswrapper -i [your inf file]
sudo ndiswrapper -l
now it should say: driver installed, device present
sudo ndiswrapper -m
sudo modprobe ndiswrapper
that should start the driver, and in a few minutes, you'll have a working internet connection.
The enhaced version just give more range of signal over the normal dynex, regarding the internet provider it depends because sometimes you'll need a password and user to connect to the wireless signal. The dynex is used to connect from a cable signal (RJ-45)internet and then it will transfer the connection to wireless so it can be use from any laptop with wireless connection. So for example you DSL internet connection is a cable (RJ-45) then you connect that cable to the dynex router, then the router will automatically transmit the signal to wireless so any nearby pc can connect to it. If the laptop doesn't have wireless, then you'll have to buy a card to be able to connect to wireless signal or you could by also a (RJ-45 straight-through
cable Cat 5e) to connect from one of the ports from the DYNEX to the laptop. Hope it helps.
