Sure could. A good choice is going to a trustworthy Muffler shop. They have a test that can tell you how good they are. Their Converters are less than Dodges.
I would take it to the muffler shop, newer vehicles have to many sensors. It could make for more problems if you don't know much about them. I would take it in to a shop and they will put one on fairly cheap.
raise van take off wheel you must use jackstands or support your van securly its going to rock alot Take off the four bolts located on the back side of the bearing then take out the small bolt from the speed sensor also located in behind the bearing remove the speed sensor. you will need a large mechanics hammer or heavy blunt object. beat the bearing from the back side dont worry about the cog attached you new bearing has one. dont listen to your hanyes or chiltons manuals

Seeing how obviously I can't hear what your hearing, I'll say this much, there's a good chance your hearing the upper strut bearing or bearings starting to get worn, pretty common problem with caravans, but just to be on the safe side, have front end checked out for your own & everyone else's safety, just in case. Should only take 10 min. or so, for piece of mind.
