try these suggestions change the needle make sure the thread doesn't come off the thread take up lever--this can jam the machine make sure the bobbin is turned the right way in the bobbin case--this can cause problems if the bobbin is turned the wrong way make sure the bobbin is not warped or damaged make sure there are no burrs in the bobbin area or on the needle plate
Friend you did not tell us if there was correct output voltage after charging and the voltage after 2 hours. However, there could be a short circuit that drains the batteries,was the system left on for the 2 hours, are the batteries of a standard?Good Luck from Ukachi Edwin
Mine wont turn on either, the battery is fully charged and inserted properly. I can tell this as the pre-flash light comes on but nothing else, the only way to get the pre-flash light off again is to remove the battery.
same thing with mine. it stops after 8 stitches every time. now if i use it, i will go for 7 stitches, then let off the presser foot, and start again for 7 stitches. i've tried everything.
