WATCHING TV AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE SCREEN WENT BLACK. HAVE AUDIO BUT NOT VIDEO. HAVE NOTIFIED SAMSUNG BECAUSE TV WAS IN WARRANTY BUT THEY HAVE BEAT AROUND THE BUSH AND WILL NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE TV. TV WAS 4 DAYS BEFORE IT WOULD BE OUT OF WARRANTY
Ted, You have to push the issue with Samsung, contact them and ask for a resolution specialist. If it was indeed still under warranty when you contacted them make them fix it, as it could get expensive. Check the attached links, Samsung support instruction and guides, Good luck
