Are you saying you well is not pumping water. If so it may not be the well it could be the water level has dropped down and you need to add a length of pipe to it or the foot valve on the end of the pipe that lets the water in to be pumped up is plugged. What type of pump is on the well is it a shallow well pump or a deep well pump usually the deep well pumps are outside and down in the well casing. The pump may of lost its prime and it will just run and not pump water or if there is a air tank on the system it may just need air in the tank, when the tank gets low on air you won't have to much pressure when you turn the water on.
