Hello Avishag, thanks for your post!
From what you have described your Electrolux oven is ringing after you have used the pyrolytic cleaning. Your control panel may need to be reset and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for at least ten minutes. If this does not help resolve your issue I would need your model number to further assist you. You can locate that information on the frame of the door on a white or silver tag. Once I have that information I would be happy to assist you further. -Matt

SOURCE: Can't use my Meile pyrolitic oven fault 90

I turned it off at the main power source and then turned it on again and it worked just fine ... no further problem. I would have been mad if I had called a serviceman and had him lust throw a switch and charge the earth !

SOURCE: Damage to lining of Pyrolitic oven

I have a hotpoint, am currently on my fifth oven and this too needs replacing. The pyrolitic lining is flaking off and going onto my food. It's coming off the roof as well as the walls so is not just from impact with trays.

Smeg pyrolitic oven is setting an alarm off on clock after we set the required temp it will start to heat up then the alarm goes off if not quick enough to reset clock, it then locks the oven door

in cleaning a pyrolitic oven is suppose to lock the oven door , this is a safety feature due to fact that oven gets up much higher in temp than a normal oven , the heated air it produces if let out would flash burn anything in front of it to ashes (people, pets, rugs, etc.) the clock doubles as your display window to see what temp oven is at , there should be a clock selection to see current time of day even if oven is in use , and last but not least , it has a delay cleaning start feature , you can set it to come on and clean it's self , Id recommend not to use this feature for safety reasons (I don't think the mfg thought that feature out too much )
the door should remain locked till oven temp is below a preset minimum safe temp ,id not force it open for safety reasons

I set my kitchenaid superba self clean oven to clean mode. It cleaned it however now I cant get the oven to work. Stove top works but oven doesn't. What can I do to fix this?

Pyrolitic mode heats up quite hot. Might have tripped the high temp cutout.
Does the oven fan work? if so >> check element

How can we clean the baked on food from the oven racks and rack holders? Stainless steel cleaner does not touch it.

To clean the stainless steel without marking it you can first try non-caustic oven cleaner, if you use normal oven cleaner the acid in the cleaner will etch "eat" the surface of the stainless steel

Fault 23 is displayed on the control panel after using teh self clean function on our miele double OVEN H398 BP2. IT IS NOT LISTED ON THE MANUAL WAHT DOES IT MEAN?

F23 means that the required pyrolitic temperature was not reached during the self-clean cycle. If the other half of the oven does not do this, then it could be a problem with a door lock switch or one of the overtemp sensors.
