that depends on your TV, some newer models already have built in netflix support...if your model doesn't currently support netflix you can get a box from netflix to allow you to access it from your TV. beware the box will usually have it's own remote, so thats one more to keep track of. :) hope this helps

You need an account on Netflix. (not free) (they provide 1 month free) Once you log into Netflix through your device it will remember the password.

if you have an hdmi port in your tv and you pc and an hdmi cable you can connect that up. and view your pc screen on your tv.

The roku has a cable that you can connect to those 3 plugs. Take the HDMI cable back and give the salesman a piece of your mind. Once your roku is set up you can watch much more than NetFlix.
