FEMA giving $250. If you were out of power for 2 days or more?

ATLANTA - Advice about FEMA aid is floating around Facebook targeting people who went without power in Irma's aftermath.
The posts reads, "If you went 2 or more days without power fema is refunding $250 you just need to call the fema number. SHARE let your friends know."
In Irma's wake, more than a million people lost power, some for several days in the metro area. That would make millions eligible for this aid if this post is legit.
11Alive's team of verify researchers went straight to the source to get the answers.
FEMA said "It is untrue that FEMA is offering a $250 refund for Georgians who went without power for 2 or more days.
Individuals and businesses in the designated counties of Camden, Chatham and Glynn can begin the disaster assistance process by registering online at DisasterAssistance.gov, registering by using the FEMA App or by calling 800-621-3362, which is video relay service accessible.
Georgia survivors who are deaf, hard of hearing or who have difficulty speaking may call TTY 800-462-7585. Helpline hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time, seven days a week until further notice."
We can VERIFY that the $250 refund claim is FALSE.

We have a Starplus DHS SP-7314 71 Executive phone system, but I don't have a manual. How do I change the date and time.

From a system phone press FEAT #0 and the Attendant's password (default 0000) and SAVE. Then press TIME and set the time. It's outlined in this manual on pdf page 39 (manual 32). http://www.public.carl.airpost.net/Vertical/DHS%20FP3.pdf

I work for a Fire Dept. in Vermont and we use the FC350A air nailer for building shores and other wooden support stuctures for our Urban Search and Rescue team. FEMA engineers say we have to use round...

Your nailer will only use clip head. Model FR350a looks similar however is designed for full round head. Take your gun to a large fastener company that deals in mainly construction industry nails/nailers and talk to the manager about purchasing nails for future events tell him your issue with FEMA. I'll bet that you could exchange your nailer for little no cost to the department for a round head type. They usually have plenty of used, trade-in and unclaimed guns. Good luck
