To enter service mode on a TCL 21F5 model TV, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Turn off the TV using the remote control or the power button on the TV.
2. Press and hold the "Menu" button on the TV.
3. While holding the "Menu" button, press the power button to turn on the TV.
4. Release the "Menu" button when the service menu appears on the screen.

My TCL 21E20,,when switch on, giving vertical line on the screen for about 3 sec. and then switch off again.
