Hydro Icon C6730 with Boost Mobile. How can I unlock?

you will need to get the phone sims network unlocked by Boost

this can only be done by the service provider

the sim card is still tied to the previous service provider
get a new sim card from your new service provider
keep the plastic card that the sim card is attached to as there is the PUK code that you will need to open the phone stamped on that plastic card

You can get code from any of the online vendors like Unlock-Zone.com to unlock it . After unlocking your phone, you can use any of the GSM sim cards internationally . If your phone supports for both GSM and CDMA sim card , you can use Boost mobile . If your phone accepts only GSM sim card , you can't use Boost mobile sim card with it .

My imei # is 99000051452327. Its boost and so is the phone I want to replace with this one. I want to use my sim but boost needed pin number from new phone cuz its used. I dont have pin #. Need unlocked so my sim can work

Just put your boost sim card mobile phone to your blackberry phones. Normally if your already unlocked your blackberry using blackberry bold 9700 unlock code, your phone can accept any of sim card from different network provider. As long as you have correct blackberry unlock code it should be no problem. Make sure your sim card have same network frequency with your blackberry suport frequency specification. Don't put cdma on gsm and vice versa, it will not work.

If you are trying to use your Blackberry 9700 Bold on Boost Mobile then it may not work, as the phone may not support the technology with which Boost Mobile runs on. You would only be able to use Blackberry 9700 Bold on GSM carriers once unlocked.

you actually need to unlock your phone to use the simcard not just a code. boost mobile and tmobile run and different networks to its not as simple as putting in a different sim card.

You can use this sim card only if the blackjuack was issued by Boost Mobile also or if The blackjack is an "unlocke" phone.
