Since this deals with the light/turn signal, it sounds like you would need to unscrew that portion of your scooter and the relay should be present there. You can use an image from ebay to help you identify it once you've unscrewed the covering for your flasher/blinker.

It appears they no longer manufacture bikes under the Schwinn name, however. But for a battery just Google "Schwinn lightning fs 2.0 battery".
Hi you can use the charger if the Specifications match up. Output volts, Amps, Charger size, The most important is it 24 volt or 36 volt charger. Check your scooter to see what volt it runs at. Must be equal to your scooter!
