Dear bug4222,
I have never worked on your type of machine. But generally this is what you do. Disconect the pipe from the inlet to the machine. Attach another pipe and put the other end in a bottle of water. Start machine and on low pressure see if the machine sucks water from the bottle. If this does not happen, try to service the inlet part at the machine. This usually it will have a ball-bearing as a non-return valve. This non-return valve sometimes gets stuck. If you see that you have solved the fault in the non-return valve, attach the detergent tank as it was, but instead of detergent, use water. You should always use low pressure. If all is OK, try some detergent. Always remember that after using detergent, always pass clear water from the detergent tank. If you leave detergent in the system, this will cause problems.
Regards,
Fultech.

How much soap do I need to add to a Hobart lx18h dishwasher. I know I need to add a little bit of soap to the machine however I cant seem to find out how much a little bit is

Hobart commercial machines are designed to run with commercial chemicals. There will either be an internal dispenser or an external unit supplied by the chemical supplier. Rinse aid is dispensed directly into the boiler. Detergent to the wash tank. The chemicals used are commercial strength so not required in the same quantity as domestics.

How do I remove the detergent tank, so I can empty and rinse it?

You have to remove the outer coverings to get down to the tank or if you can get to the bottom end of the pressure hose, you may be able to slip off he plastic supply hose to the tank and back lush up the hose and rinse the tank out. Never leave detergent in the tank, it will congeal over time and block the line.

TerHow does the detergent tank on a Challenge Extreme Pressure washer operate? I cannot find a trigger to release the detergent into the water or does it happen automatically when there is detergent in...

The water pressure moving through the main hose siphons detergent out of the tank as long as you are pressure washing. It might take some time before you see the detergent coming out the nozzle.

I put rinse aid in but it seems to not be working or at least it keeps showing that it is full and it doesnt go down? Also it seems that there is always detergent left in the slots after it gets done...

Hello,

The rinse agent dispenser holds up to 8 ounces of rinse agent and only 2-3 small teardrop sized drops are added in the rinse cycle ,thats all it takes per cycle so a full dispenser could take 2-6 months to become empty depending on how often ya run the dishwasher.
As far as some detergent remaining, check the filter in the bottom of the tub for some blockage,if the water cant spray forcefully because its hard getting into the pump from filter blockage it cant wash that well

I hope this helps

Just purchased daewoo washer DWD-WD1353RC..it seems the fabric softner is not dispensing and the detergent is barely used. I understand this machine usesHE detergents but it is using very little detergent...

this washer has different detergent concentration levels settings. 1.By holding delay wash then power button at the same time, while unit is off. then a C1,C2,C3 are main detergent concentration settings C1 being regular HE detergent and C3 being very concentrated some detergents tell you X2, X3 S1,S2 are softener B1,B2 are bleach 2. Then use buttons Delay wash to scroll for main detergent Extra rinse for softener Bleach for bleach 3. power button to exit and confirm
hope this helps also in manual and to clean tanks, Manual says to call a 1800# or find the instructions on the web. I've had this washer for a week no problems yet

I have a titan pro power waser the 7hp version diesel motor.I cant get it to take a feed from the detergent i want to use! any ideas??

I have the exact same machine and had the same problem. If you've tried running the washer with a water tank as the source, you will know that it needs at least some level of pressure - i.e. the water tank needs to be higher than the washer. The detergent input supposedly work by dropping the little feed hose in detergent.... it doesn't. This needs rigging up with a fixed hose from a container higher up than the washer to create some pressure. Don't forget to put an air escape hole in the top of the container or the liquid won't drop.

I also found the battery on this model needs recharging frequently, at least once a month if used daily. Keep a check on the oil cos when the engine oil gets too low the electric starter won't start it - it acts as though the starter motor is dead, just top up the oil. Always disconnect the hoses and drain them and the machine to increase lifespan. The hoses are only hydraulic hoses meant for hydraulic fluid i.e. oil, so water degrades them over time. Errr... keep the quick release fittings lubricated or they seize up. Can't think of much else.... they work rather well for the money but could do with a properly written English manual rather than a Chinese translation with information all over the place, and none of the above mentioned.

Tank Dispensing

Is the detergent tank cracked at the bottom, under the black seal? If so the whole tank asm. needs to be replaced. But if this is new, then it has a one years warranty on it and you can take in for warranty repair.
