Your printer probably needs the Thai fonts you are using. You don't need to pay anyone to get this fixed. Just make sure your document includes the fonts when it sends the file to the printer.

The issue is typically caused if the printer is either not configured
correctly, or your system tries to send an erroneous command to it. This
error will typically show when you try and print a document /
spreadsheet or another piece of data from your system, and will stop the
print-out from proceeding. In order to fix this, it's advisable that
you follow the steps outlined in this tutorial.
Look in you menus. Your log print out is probably set to on and set to print out way to frequently. You can turn that feature off. You can go to Xerox.com, click on Support and drivers. In the search box type in 116 then go to support and then type in Log, There should be an answer there as to how to shut off log printing. You cold also type in code 19 when you get to the support page.
First customize the paper size in the Page Setup. Secondly when you send command for print, change the paper size to custom size from the Printer Properties and click print.
