1. Turn OFF the main power switch (Inside front cover). Ensure sub power switch is on located right side of the control panel)
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. If the code come back do NOT reset have a tech come out replace the fuser unit, it can catch on fire that will ruin a Christmas Day!!!!!

The bizhub C451 is a Konica-Minolta machine and I have found a webpage here:

that details the error codes that can occur on your machine. I know that this may not be of much use as you don't appear to have any error codes appearing. However, there is also a link at the top of the page from which you can get a copy of the Service Manual which will probably have a lot more detail in it and may answer your question.

Back of C451 beside PRCB.

Sir/Mam there is cleaning motor for one of the rollers in the fusing unit the very hot part on the right side of the machine is there anything like a transprancies or paper wrapped around the fusing unit roller. Recommended that you get a tech out to look at it remove the fusing unit and look it over. Do not use the machine you burn out that motor it will cost more to repair worse case you burn out the main control board 1000 dollars. Motor is inside the machine

CCD gain adjustment failure. The CCD is located under the main glass. There is a white strip located on the underside of the glass that the CCD gets its calibration reading from, this strip may be dirty. After cleaning the strip reboot the machine. If error returns the CCD may need to be replaced.
