This would be a password either setup by default or by whomever set up the router in the first place. There also maybe a pin you can use written on a label on the router itself.
If not, then you will need to reset the router by pressing and holding the rest button on the router for 15-20 seconds. Once it is reset you will need to reconfigure the router.
