Hi James. The website for ZeePad is www.zeepad.net but unfortunately, there is no contact information there that I've been able to find. There is indeed a link for "Contact Us" but it's not operational.

I've worked on quite a few of these tablets--never the Zeepad specifically, but you are likely to find that by the time you get the replacement power button and find someone to install it, it will be cheaper in the end to replace the tablet. I hope I'm wrong, but many of these imports are just so inexpensively built it's just not cost-effective to repair them.

You could try a couple of things here.
1.Hit volume - and power button then click on wipe data/factory reset then click on yes.

Wait for about a day for possible problem reports and initial feedback. If everything is OK then you may send another portion of mailings to about 5-10% of your customers from software developers company. Wait for another day. If everything is OK this time then continue sending your announcement by portions of 15-20% with pauses of several hours between each session.

Tablet will not boot up completely

Is it android? If it is, turn it off. Then restart it while holding the power button down and the volume down button down at the same time. A menus should pop up allowing you some options. Don't do a hard reset though because it will erase all data including any of your pictures etc.remove any SD/ exd cards before doing this. Let me know what menus options you have.

If you look at http://www.androidtablets.net other people are having the same problem. The advice is to Press Power Button whilst at same time Hold down the Volume Button. Hold these down till the Tablet resets and all should be fine

Maxwest tab-9155 won't load past android screen

Hi, you can try resetting by following the below steps. It works for most tablets.
1 turn off the tablet
2 press and hold the power button and keep tapping the volume down button at the same time.
3 it should take you to recovery screen. Go to factory reset by using volume button and select by using either the center button on the tablet or the power button if there is no center button.

Klu LT1041 tablet by Curtis screen went black and now will not turn back on

My son put a 9 point lock on his tablet and does not know the unlock pattern. I have done the reset button so many times and need to get back to the factory settings. Can some one help me figure this out? It has been locked for 4 weeks and im loosing my mind trying to unlock it.

Meep tablet won't start (frozen start up)

There are two things you can try for this. The first is to reboot the tablet using the power switch. The other is to press in the Reset button on the backside of the Meep. If neither of these helps the situation, you'll want to contact the OSI call center.
