I have a 50" VIZIO Model # E500I-B1 Serial # BGLTMWPLQ4458875 The problem I am having is no picture but have sound through my TV. When powered up the VIZIO Logo appears then flashes off sound comes on but no picture power light is illuminated. was wondering what part board number i need to replace it with? What part on the main board or the power board do i use my tester to test to find out what i need to replace
Check out the flash light test - if you see an image then the issue is with your inverter board that powers the back lighting.

You might have an intermittent caused by a bad connection. Check all of the connections, ribbons, and work them to rid of any oxidation on contacts.

Intermittents are a royal PIA. U go to repair and item is working! I would wait until it completely goes and then deal with the issue.
