The direct link to the manual is https://s3.amazonaws.com/tpassets.devicebits.com/pub/9404/docs/A463BG_UM_EN.pdf . I found the link from the TracFone page, http://www.tracfone.com/ . I looked at the Support menu. Using the Learn About Your Phone link, I was able to find the A463BG in the long list of all phones. In my browser, the Alcatel A463BG was the second phone from the left in the fourth row of phones.
