This unit a very basic design, if you are just starting a fitness regime and have no aspiration of becoming MR or MS Olympia then this should be find.
Now after saying the above statement when buying fitness equipment remember these things:
1) If you are looking for expandability of unit ( accessories and increasing weight stack )
2) Will this unit work in the space you have, the dimension they have for the unit you'll need add 18 inches to 2 feet all the way around for accessibility of the weights, pulleys cables and the routine preventative maintenance to be done described in the owner's manual.
3) The number of exercises that can be done with the unit.
4) Customer service after the purchase, remember if the people selling the product have a terrible time getting parts for you from the manufacturer or if they say just call the company for further assistance then run away!! Deal with companies that get great customer service so they can give great customer service.Hope I answered your question good luck
first disassemble the chest press then tie wrap the cable to frame.
pull the weight stack off then tie wrap weight stack cable then remove rear base all away to where the front seat is attached now you should be maneuver to the other room
Check all pulleys to make sure that they did not jam themselves in the frame or pulley mount and see if the weight stack itself has not jammed into any cable ports secure I mean secure!!! wooden blocks to keep the weight stack from coming down and possibly injuring you or someone that is helping you figure out whether the cable or pulleys are bound up.
i had the same problem,i found if you just connect it to the support weight.adjust the cable as far as you can, then all i do is press down abit on the support weight.and then put the pin into the desired weight
hope that helps matt
