How do I charge my fitbit zip battery?

The battery in the surge isn't replaceable. The only fitbit that has a replaceable battery is the zip.

Did you check the FitBit web pages for information and troubleshooting regarding your FitBit not charging?

The last option listed on that web page is to contact FitBit Customer Service.

You may need to replace the battery in your FitBit. Note: Rechargeable batteries do not last forever and eventually need to be replaced.

Good question, are we referring to the Fitbit Zip?
If so I would remove the battery for 10 seconds then replace, this will restart the unit.

After you charge it back up, you will need to sync your Fitbit, this Sync will update the steps
