Casio pcr 272 not working on register mode. Only works on pgm,cal,refund mode. Can i fix this???

Problem: Error E01 appears on the display/
Cause: Changing modes without completing transaction.
Solution: Return Mode switch to where it stops buzzing,
and press = CA/AMT TEND

To set the date, place the mode switch to PGM, using the PGM key. With today's date being 07/15/2013, you would punch the following:

1, subtotal, 071513, X/datetime, AC C
From everything I have seen with this register, it is not possible to enter a business name in order to print it on the recipt.

With the Casio PCR-272, you can only use PLU codes from 1 to 120. Sorry.

try this:
Turn key to PGM mode 0 CH SUBTOTAL

Turn the key to PGM mode. Type the new price without decimal point e.g 500 Press the dept key (item) you want to change. Press SUBTOTAL Turn key back to REG and test it.

to refund a plu in the middle of a transaction, press the RF button first, then the plu # and then press the PLU key.

Look underneath the table:
The program ( PGM ) key will be needed and the lock on the register must be set to PGM mode.
Program the array as told on the page:
for the second block D7, change the first number 0 into 1 .

Key to Program enter 3 subtotal 1 tax pgm (tax rate with decimal) cash tend subtotal.
ie 7.35%
3subtotal1 tax pgm 7.35 cash tend subtotal

Posted an error, this is the correct fix.

1. Insert the mode key marked “PGM” into the mode switch.
2. Turn the mode switch to the OFF position.
3. While holding down the feed key, turn the mode switch to the PGM
4. Release the feed key.
5. Enter 022500 and press the subtotal key
