Take it back and exchange it for another one, if it has an issue with a button not working properly and it's new then that's the only thing to do, you could call the customer service/technical support number in the owners manual yak before taking it back just to make sure it's not a simple fix, but no worries because if they don't assist you in fixing it over the phone you can always just take it back and exchange it!
