It will be fine. The transit bolts are there to protect the springs and dampers from stretching if the machine is tilted or laid on its back during shipping to the seller and delivery to the home.
In use with the transit bolts removed it allow the springs, the shock absorber and the big concrete block to absorb movement as the spin evens out the balance of the clothes with the first part of the spin. It also stops the machine walking across the floor as all of the movement is transferred to to case and feet.
It will be fine, I have done it myself after I moved from one house to another and then didn't do any washing for a week or two.
Purchase Lock tite thread locker. Loosen bolt, apply this stuff on the bolt threads. Then retighten bolt. This bolt should never come loose again. Yes, you can remove the bolt in the future if you have to for some other repair.
If the drum is loose it probably means that the bearings at the rear.....OR...The arms that connect the drum to the pulley shaft have broken.....Major job....Sorry.....Nomess
open the door and turn the drum by hand push and pull the drum you may find that the bolt holding the drum in place has come loose you need to take off the rear panel to access the nut or bolt eric
sounds like you havent undone the transit bolts-
theyre on the back of the machine, 2,3 4 maybe five quite large obvious bolts, around the drum but on the back.
they are to keep the drum steady while in transit to stop the machine bouncing around in the van -
you are unlikely to have damaged it -
Undo these bolts - they should be mentioned in the manual-
Do you hear the motor spinning loud whirring noise, when drum is not,if so drum belt has come off or snapped,if no noise possible brushes on motor need replacing
hello
sounds like the drum is stuck
probebly the pole is cloged with hair and stuff
if you have the skill open the machine and clean all
while your at it look for the belt from the motor
check her condition - bad? - install a new 1
there is a stretching unit for the belt
1) relese the bolt of this unit and change the belts
2) pull and stretch the new belt and then close the bolt
good luck
