    If it doesnt have a display out, i'd recommend getting or borrowing a USB To HDMI Video Cable Adapter Converter For PC Laptop, in doing that you can test a 3rd party monitor and see if it's the display driver without spending all the cash.

I've encountered a situation on my acer aspire 3680 where in Windows 8 Prerelease, I had to download and install the proper video driver from the acer.com website to allow it to have full resolution. Maybe try this for the Bluetooth and video controller problem, if you can even see the screen in windows 7.

the built in webcam is exactly that for messaging programs and taking snaps but they can be used for video and this is usually something you need to get on your own

The Aspire 5000 actually has a 128mb video card. i am using one right now as a matter of fact. Reboot your acer. when you see the acer logo. press F2 once into the bios screen move to the next tab. High light the 64mb next to the video adaptor and high light 128mb.
