most pairing when asked by the device requires a 00000 passcode but you need to set the jabra and the iphone up for pairing here is a link for jabra the iphone should see it when the jabra is set to set up mode.. http://www.jabra.com/support/Jabra-JOURNEY_100-47300000-15
I just had this same problem. I solved it by turning the iPhone Bluetooth off and then back on, after which the pairing (with passcode 0000) worked properly and so does the headset.
Hi,
To remove the list, press and hold the Answer/End button, Volume up button and FM button at the same time. A beep indicates the list was removed from the speakerphone memory. The next time
you power on, the speakerphone will go into pairing mode as the first time you powered your new Jabra CRUISER on.
Thank You

You might want to delete the Jabra headset from the Rumor first, and make sure the phone is powered off. Then put the Jabra into pairing mode (usually done by powering on the Jabra and pressing and holding until the indicator light flashes) and set the Rumor 2 to detect new devices. Once it detects the Jabra, connect and input 0000 (four zeros) and it should connect.
No problem. When Jabra is off, press and hold till green light turns blue. On the iPhone: settings, general, bluetooth; switch to on. It will search, then it will list the Jabra BT8040, not paired. Highlight the "not paired" line, and it will start to pair; a few seconds later, it will say "connected".
