With basic "lesser brand" Android tablets such as the Zeepad starting from about USD40 from the bigger online retailers, it is unlikely to be worth reparing the cracked screen. BTW, a repalacement screen by itself CAN be bought for about USD25, from which you will probably also conclude that a repair is uneconomical.
More than likely it is a hardware failure or loose internal cable (eg. Motherboard to screen cable). You can try a factory reset, but doubtful it'll work.
