Good Luck! I will NEVER use any product by Yahoo for the reason I was unable to log into my account and lost all email, some from a departed friend. Tried everything, contacted Yahoo, to no avail. While trying to access the account over several days, it was hacked into and I got emails from the Yahoo (MY) email account Yahoo wouldn't let me back into, to my other email account (different provider)! So here I can't get into my account but I'm getting SPAM email from it sent to another email account!!

Can you get your Yahoo account on another computer?
Sounds like malware in your browser. You might run Spybot search and destroy, then CCleaner (both free)
Hi!
The basic problem when it comes in unable to access such yahoo accounts is that 1. your password and email didn't match in login. You can retrieve email accounts. And update your browser also to convenience.
Actually, the problem is not with your email account, but with your internet browser unable to full access Yahoo.
Two possible fix to your problem, but it requires an hour to fix your email account.
First, whatever internet browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) clear all caches, remove all cookies and clear everything in your browsing history. This should be done in the TOOLS menu of your internet browser. Then, access again Yahoo and log in.
Second, if the first fix do not work, use alternate internet browser to access your Yahoo mail account. If you do not want to use different browser, I recommend you uninstall it, download an upgrade version and install it to your system.
The next time you access Yahoo mail, it will be successful.
just call your internet service tell them your problem they will help you and if they don't tell them how **** their internet is and that you might change services it always work...
