SOURCE: Can I get a user Manual for a SMR SeaLab 9000G

Hi,

unfortunately, the manufactures of this Radiotelephone did not make the manual available anywhere online. I went further searching for you and couldn't find any.

My advice is that you contact the manufacturers of this product directly, and request for the user manual. They should be able to give it to you or direct you to a specific place where you can get it.

Good luck.

How to hook a uniden vhf radio to a garmin 4208 for nmea operation?

Hi
I realize this question is old, but for the benefit of someone else who might have the same query, the NMEA 0183 outputs from the 4208 are the gray (+) and black (-) which go to the data in of your DSC VHF. The data OUT from your VHF connect to the white (+) and black (-) of the 4208.

If using NMEA 2000, using the second link below, start on page 10.

The installation instructions are about halfway down on the link page and can be accessed directly from the install link below if you prefer. -Steve

Which antennae to use with a Uniden Oceanus radio?

Marine two way radios operate on 156 MGZ. You have to use an antenna desinated for that purpose. Type marine vhf antenna on google search and it will pop-up lots of web sites.good luck

I just purchased a uniden solara dsc.I HOOKED IT UP AND THE NOAA WORKS BUT I TRIED TALKING AND NOTHING HAPPENED.(I have a tractor with a radio and neither of us could hear each other).

The Uniden Solara is a MARINE RADIO not a CB. Marine (boat) radios operate in the VHF-Hi range and CB is in the VHF-Lo range. You also need a license to operate a marine radio, or you can identify yourself with the name of your boat but you MUST be in the water.
