Not sure it is the correct one but you will find instruction for cleaning the exhaust filters on page 19.

This is more helpful as on page 20 it includes illustrated instructions for removing the charcoal filter to change the oven light. Disconnect from power, remove the ventilation grate at the top to access the charcoal filter, slide back and lift to remove. With the grate removed carry out any required cleaning.

I had the same problem. No information in the user manual or on the internet about what filter to use. But actually, its not a problem at all because the filter is a universal one! B&Q sell 3 or 4 universal filters, the important thing is to choose the one that has the same diameter and the same central fitting. The one you need is made by Designair and says on the label "suitable for models VH60S, VH60W, IH60SS. It only costs £4.95.

Firstly operate extractor normally,hold a piece of A4 paper on the underside of fan and see how it holds it on the different speeds.Then if you can remove the charcoal filters then operate as before and compare the difference between the suction,this should tell you if it is the charcoal filters or a blockage in the pipe.

Try giving it a slight pull as grease sometimes acumulates and stops it from dropping past the lugs that hold it in place.

Charcoal filters should be replaced.

It would fit over / into where the other filter goes the charcoal filter is to help eliminate more smoke and grease

the manual i have says that the charcoal filters inside need changing about every 6 months. take out the grease filters then you should be able to turn it and take them out. you may not have these if the extractor vents to the outside. the grease filters can be cleaned with a neutral detergent and then put back in. Make sure the electric is off before you do any of this. Hope this makes sense and helps!
