Go to the site of the manufacturer and find the link for replacement parts. You will need the model name and number of your cooker. Usually you can replace the crock.
Not sure what you are looking for here... the pot cannot be repaired...
It looks as though the crocks breaking is a very common problem...
This might be very interesting to you....from what I can see you can get a replacement crock but they break easily also ans it will cost you about 1/2 the price of a new cooker..
Believe it or not in this day and age, although seemingly wasteful, it is much cheaper to simply purchase an entirely new unit instead of the cost of a replacement liner and the S/H.
the biggest advasntage is purley efficency
ceramic holds its heat better than most of the
other products, mybe a lil more expensive at first, but it cycles less there by costing less electricity
so its a svings in the end
There is no inherent problem with the Kitchenaid ceramic inserts. As far as a replacement ceramic insert, I would suggest calling Kitchenaid Customer Service. They may be able to provide a new insert at no cost if the unit is still within the 1 Year warranty.
Go to this site http://www.crock-pot.com/CustomerService.aspx?id=rpt and put in your model number (located on the bottom of the unit) and you can order the liner and other parts for your crock pot. The cost is $15.00 plus shipping and applicable tax.
