What's the best universal remote app for my Philips Bluray DVD player?

In fact, it will be difficult to get a universal remote control for a blu-ray player; whatever its brand may be. You can get a URC, which will be compactible with its CE and DVD regions, but not with the Blu-ray region. Even though, some manufactures claim that their universal remote control will be comactible with blu-ray region too. But; I'm not sure about it.
