Everytime I try to start a new game on it, it keeps saying "game data corrupted, delete the resident evil 5 save date" and I do that and try again and the same thing pops up everytime I start a new game

If you are getting a message that your game data is corrupt then you may need to format the hard drive. The link below will help you address this. Note if you still have trouble you may need to replace the hard drive.

Resident Evil 5 for XBox 360 NOT WORKING!!!

Good afternoon!

With most mass production games, there is always a chance you will have a defective game. I would take it back to the store, explain the problem, and exchange it for a new one.

BTW: Game is pretty good.

Hope this helps!

I don't know if the disks have a flaw but if you tried two brand new games both with freezes is sounds like it's your 360.

Hi,
your laser is weak or faulty.
Try using a laser head cleaning disk, or have a replacement laser fitted.
