SOURCE: Oven cleaning bosch oven

self cleaning is sometimes a cycle called PYRO clean / look for the setting with a really high temp. self cleaning is a programmes require a massive amount of heat and will smoke a lot when on , so dont be alarmed! most oven when on self cleaning mode will automaticly lock the door due to the high heat involved in the process. so remember to remove pans etc. from inside.

SOURCE: What does the error code F1 indicate, on a Wolf Oven?

I had the same problem with a Wolf L-Series double wall oven (Model DO30) and called for service (under extended warranty contract). The tech told me that the F1 error is a latch problem (you know the one that grabs and locks the door during self-clean cycles). He cleared the error using a series of "secret" button presses on the control panel and the problem cleared. Now, when it happens (which isn't very frequently), I do the same thing he did ... press "0" and "Temperature" for the oven causing the problem and hold them for about 5 seconds. The oven will ding and the display will show some diagnostics, including the error event. Press "Cook Time" and "Stop Time" while in this diagnostic mode to clear the error register, then press "Off". I've also tried to keep the area across the top of the oven opening clean (with a little degreaser), especially around the latch, and I've sprayed a bit of WD-40 into the latch periodically for lubrication and cleaning.

SOURCE: what is a U80 meat probe error and how do I fix

Error U80: Shorted meat probe

1) Food, moisture, or other substance is in the socket or on the oven connection end of the meat probe. Check: Verify proper operation with new probe (replace probe). If still fails with new probe check wiring of housing to eliminate shorting to sheet metal. Solution: Clean socket and meat probe.

2) Bad meat probe (shorted). Check:Use new meat probe to test for correct values in the service screens. Solution: Replace meat probe.

3) Shorted socket or wiring. Check: Test socket at connector J20 on relay board. Solution: Replace meat probe socket.

Functionality when error U80 reported: Cooking and cleaning are available but meat probe options will not be available.

User action/solution:
1) Verify oven connection end of meat probe is clean and no food, moisture or other substance in is the meat probe socket.
2) Call for service.

SOURCE: self cleaning oven error code FSEO

Probably a bad door lock solenoid. That is some kind of door lock problem. Trouble is they are not all the same. This training manual shows locations of model number. Perhaps if you post that I might can come up with a tech sheet and you would get a better answer. see page 4

Jenn Air gas wall oven turned off while baking and won't stop beeping about every half hour. If I try to reset bake degree, the bake light goes on, then off and it beeps again. Model # jgw8130ddb

Oven keeps beeping:
As there is no reprogramming of most control boards try this, disconnect the power and wait 30 seconds and then reconnecting the power.

If it's an "F1" fault code this generally implies an electronic oven control (EOC) failure. Disconnect the power, wait 30 seconds or longer and then reapply power. If "F1" returns upon power-up, replace the electronic oven control.
The oven control can be accessed and replaced from the rear of the control panel.

NOTE:Disconnect the power cord from the power source before removing the panel from behind the console.
If its an F2 ERROR CODE, The F2 error indicates an open circuit in the oven temperature probe.

if Your range has a resettable thermostat in series with the oven temperature probe. If this thermostat opens the clock will display F2 and the oven won't heat.
You can reset the thermostat by pushing in the reset button on top of the thermostat.
Some ovens have an alarm that will beep continuously every six seconds to alert you that the oven is still on. Usually, a kitchen timer that you have set will cause the beeping, but occasionally it can be an error with the oven's settings. If it is the kitchen timer, you can simply push the "Kitchen Timer On/Off" button to end the continuous beeping. If that does not stop the beeping, it is probably beeping due to an error. You can turn the continuous beeping off but you may still need to troubleshoot the issue that is causing the beeping noise.

F3 beeping in self cleaning mode

Hello Jane, thank you for allowing me to assist you!

If you are getting an error code F3, it is commonly referred to a faulty sensor probe or a wiring harness between the sensor probe and EOC (electronic oven control). You may try and reset your range by disconnecting the power or by flipping the circuit breaker off and back on after 10 minutes. This often clears most false error code. If the error code does not clear, most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing. I am fairly confident that an authorized service agent will be able to restore your appliance to its normal operating condition. You can often locate a qualified service technician on the manufacturer website.

My GE double oven displays a message to set probe. When I press probe it prompts me to input a code (3 dashes)? Can you provide via e-mail what numbers can be used to set probe?

It is asking for the temperature that you want the meat to be. Example if you want your meat to have a medium doneness then usually it is 150F. You would enter 150. The probe will beep when the meat has reached that temperature

Frigidaire self cleaning convection range

Error code F1

1. Shorted keypad.
2. Control's internal checksum may have become corrupted.
3. Control has sensed a potential runaway oven condition. Control
may have shorted relay, RTD sensor probe may have gone bad.
1. Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power. If fault returns
upon power-up, replace EOC.
2. Check RTD sensor probe and replace if necessary. If oven is
overheating, disconnect power. If oven continues to overheat when
the power is reapplied, replace EOC. Severe overheating may require
the entire oven to be replaced, should damage be extensive.
3. Replace EOC.
Check resistance at room temperature, if less than 500 ohms, replace
Temperature (°F) Resistance (ohms)
32 ± 1.9 1000 ± 4.0
75 ± 2.5 1091 ± 5.3
