My climate control suddenly stopped working. Other than the under hood, and drivers side panel, is there another passenger side fuse box? Could it be a relay? Please see further details.

Climate control suddenly stopped working. Sunroof no longer opening. Auto wiper for washer fluid pull not engaging. Rear defogger clicks on but no power on light. No in cabin circulation. Checked the main fuse box, and driver side compartment box. A/C SW fuse not receiving power.

SOURCE: blower fan

Sounds like the problem is more with the blower motor assembly itself. The blower motor have micro-proccers built itnto them which comunicate with the control heads and do the actual regulating of the fan motor. Dealers have computers with diagnostic software which allows them to monitor what is happening in the eletronic controls of the vehicle. Electronic diagnostics without the diagnostic software makes it very diffecult to pinpoint the actual item causing the problem.

SOURCE: Hyundai Accent 1998 Front Wiper and Washer Won't Turn Off

the black switches are master switches. They control stuff like the horn, the lights, wipers, AC, Engine Fans, and....there's one more that it controls, but i dont remember what it is. But you're going the wrong way about this. You're on the wrong side of the engine. You want to be on the opposite side of the engine, along the firewall, close to the front shocks by the windshield wiper motor. That's more than likely your problem. A little bit of water, grease, or some dirt might have slipped past the seal and caused a malfunction in the control wheel. Just open it up, clean it out, add some grease to the appropriate area, blow dry the circut board, stitch it back up, and that should solve the problem.
Please keep in mind that my American Car is a sligh bit different than your Australian Car. If the directions don't match up, i'm sorry for the inconvenience.

~Hope this helps

The driver's side control panel won't work. i.e;

There's a 50 amp fuse in box under hood. Could be the problem as far as I can tell there are no fuses in car. Check all connections. This just happened to my car. I tried using my passenger side panel an drivers side and drivers side window starting working. I put the drivers side panel on the passenger side and all other functions worked except my initial problem. I found my main auto switch on drivers side panel was bad which was causing all other functions not to work.
