Adapter in laptop hang problem - Satellite Toshiba Computers & Internet

wrong adapter or short circute in adapter cable

Hi,
Plz remove the battery from the laptop -> connect the adaptor to the laptop -> switch it on and continue your work -> if it is working properly, it is the problem with the battery...

Again same problem shows
check wheather system hanging or not -> if it is hanging, may be the problem with the HDD...

If it is juz shuting down, surely its the problem with the palnar (motherboard)...

THIS IS BECAUSE OF MOTHERBOARD PROBLEM, U NEED TO REPLACE CAPACITOR PACK WHICH IS AVILABLE BOTTOM OF MBD

power from adapter no capable to supply and need more wattage or change adapter with higher amperage. but still you need to change new battery.

OK people, I have this old acer 290 the battery refuses to charge so I use the power adapter but when I swith it on it may quickly flash on and then hang, turns completely off dead as a door nail. this happened all the time untill one day I left the battery out of it plugged the power adapter in and the problem dissapeared. I have not yet replaced the battery so dont know if a new battery will solve the problem when reinstalled?
