Either too low an ISO or too narrow an aperture.

In what way is it too slow to open ? Is it the speed of viewing images, or the speed the camera starts up ?

Possible that you gat a slow shutter speed. Or your camera might be getting faulty. When the shutter gets damaged then the blurry focus wont change unless its fixed. The four main causes of blurry photos are:

1. Out Of Focus
2. The subject moves while the shutter is open
3. The camera moves while the shutter is open
4. Depth Of Field is too shallow

Unless its just technical or hardware you will need to visit a technician. or replace the Shutter.

if you have tat problem then there is problem in your back panel if you change it your problem wil be solved

Get in front of the camera and watch the lens. See if you can tell when the shutter is opening and when it closes. I suspect your camera is taking a very long exposure, either because of the settings you made or due to a malfunction of the shutter mechanism. Observation of the shutter may be enough for you to see what is causing the problem. Long exposure = whiteout.

Sorry to say you that electronic main enemy is wet. You may consider your camera unserviceable. However, try these two actions:
1). put your camera so the sun can warm it and facilitate some evaporation. Keep the battery compartiment open.
2). Remove the lens. Use a hair dryer to blow in a warm air into, CAREFULLY to avoid dust to enter in the camera. Also blow warm air into the battery compartiment.
If the camera doesn't works, consider to carry it to a service center.

If the shutter is having to remain open for a long time, you are likely shooting in low light levels. You may need to activate the flash if it doesn't do so automatically. You may also want to try experimenting with the different preset Scene modes the camera has available.

Two possibilities : 1 ) your film was not properly loaded into the pick up spool and hence it was transported or exposed ; what you took to the lab was unexposed film. 2) the shutter is not opening and again no exposure takes place. To check this open back , set to slow speed like 8th of a second, and see if the shutter opens and closes properly. If the shutter does not open then it will have to go in, unfortunately. Cost ? If it is just an adjustment ( as I suspect is the case ) you should not pay more than $ 100.
