How to get to Channel Auto Scan

I can provide some general steps on how to scan for channels on a TV: Make sure that your TV is connected to an antenna or cable input. Turn on the TV and go to the main menu or settings. Look for an option to scan for channels or auto-tune. This option may be labeled as "Channel Setup" or "Channel Scan." Select the option to scan for channels and wait for the TV to complete the process. This may take several minutes. Once the scan is complete, you should see a list of available channels on your TV. If you're still having trouble, I suggest referring to the user manual that came with your TV for more specific instructions. Alternatively, you can try contacting the manufacturer's customer support for assistance.

If when You scan, and you don't get at least one channel, it will keep showing You this message! look at screen it will show new channels! if no new channels check to make sure your coax is hooked up good, also make sure you are using right setting if outside antenna, select antenna, if cable select cable for your source!

Do you see any channels [as a glimpse], during auto-tune. If you see them for a moment during channel auto scan, and do not store them in the TV memory, after the channel scan has been finished; the fault is with the TV itself. If you do not see that glimpse of programs during channel auto scan, there are two possibilities.
1. The tuner of the set is faulty.
2. The set do not get any signal to process [might be antenna].

Auto channel scan finds the local channels available over the air so that when pressing up/down channel it only goes to those channels

check weather some of your channel was deleted in the program. just add those channel so you can make auto scan programs.

you can do the auto search channel. just press the tv menu and then find the channel search and select auto search. so that all available local channel will tuned.

Here is the procedure for auto tuning. Pleas go through it. Connect the antenna to the rear antena socket marked as &% ohms antena and continue.

If you have already run the Auto Tuner as part of the quick setup earlier in this guide, please

skip ahead to "Channel Summary" to continue setting up your television. In Auto Tuner Setup,

the TV automatically scans through all available channels, memorizing the active ones and

skipping over blank ones or channels with weak signals. This means you scan using the

CHANNEL +/- buttons), you will receive only clear active channels.

You can block access to a channel by activating the channel lock.

I'm quating these procedure from the manual I've with me, and it is for JVC AV32S565.

I stumbled across this feature by accident :-)

Press the "OK - Enter" button.
Your list of auto-scanned channels will appear.
Key in the channel number. Ex. 101-5
Then press the "Left browse arrow".
The channel number will now appear grayed.
To re-activate the channel just key in the number again and now press the "Right browse arrow".
Use the Up or Down browse arrows to page through the scanned list.
