That doesn't exist. It is a $45 flashlight with a knife blade and powerbank access via the battery in it. Just one screw to remove the blade as shown on Amazon. You could ask the maker in China?
it looks like the power bank might be running low on power if the flash light portion of it shuts down after 10 seconds. You need to recharge the device or find a new power source while the device recharges.
