The cord to the Faberware Rotisserie will get extremely hot. I am on my third cord because the other two got so hot that they caught fire. The grills are nice to cook on, but never leave them unattended when cooking
If you are unable to contact Euro-Pro, then a good website to check on is manualsonline.com. If that fails try a search on the internet. Sorry I can't be of more help, but you didn't give a model #.
Have you tried to find the Euro Pro website to look there? Have you searched on the internet using Euro Pro, model,and the word manual because there are sites that offer manuals on products. And the same thing for the rotisserie part. Maybe doing that will give you leads to look further if need be.
The only instruction manual I could find for a Europro Rotisserie Oven was at this site. It is for Bravetti Convection and Rotisserie Oven by Euro-pro. Here is the link:
