When I look through the view finder--everything is upside down???

Astro telescopes normally do show an inverted image, since for most purposes this does not matter. For terrestrial viewing, such as thru someone's window, you can buy an "erect image" or "correct image" prism which gives an upright image.

I don't know of such a thing for the finder scope, you would have to buy a new finder.

I cant see through the Viewfinder its just all black but i can see on the led screen and i can switch the display to he view finder and see it fine , so is the viewfinder broken ?

It is not likely the view finder is broken, because it is deep inside the camera. There can be many reasons why you can't use it as it should. Did you know you can adjust the brightness of the viewfinder and the display separately? It is in the manual page 31. And if you are with the manual (still online available) have a look on page 16 too.
When the camera does not give the image to the view finder, it also could be an electronic problem, because switching in the camera goes along electronic paths.

The problem i m having with my camcorder is when i want to record film screen goes blank but i can watch my previous recorded videos

Look in the view finder when recording instead of the screen. if you see the image there then the unit is probably set to look through there. Many of the new units dont' have a full view finder to lens item they actually have a small lcd screen inside the view finder. Check your options for recording.

Also if the view finder is tilted you need to close that before usign the lcd.

The image will not appear simultaneously on the LCD

monitor and the viewfinder. It will appear in the

viewfinder when the LCD monitor is in the lock position,

and it will appear on the LCD monitor when fully
extended.

Dust inside my d200

The view finder and focusing screen are separate from the CCD sensor. The mirror reflects the image to the view finder until you take a picture. Then the mirror goes up, the shutter opens to expose the CCD to capture the image.

If you have a lot of dust, you should look into a cleaning kit, or have it professionally cleaned. This will show up on your images as white and/or black specks.
