more than likely the tco thermal cutout fuse has opened during cleaning and now the ovens latch motor cant get power to open, its under the top cover where the surface elements are located its a frequent thing with all ovens/stoves
Hey Joe, What ya would need to check for is see their is 240 volts power going into the oven, the radiant bake element and the convection bake element are 2 different elements so i doubt that both of them are bad at the same time, (have ya checked on the broil to see if it heats quickly?) if the broil heats up fast i would say the incoming voltage is ok and would be looking to the control board as being the problem since ya have already replaced the thermostat. If ya have a volt meter you could set the oven to bake and see if 240 is at the bake element of if its less and being restricted by a burnt relay on the control board. GENE
F3 is a bad oven temp sensor. The sensor fail F3 code will appear if during self clean that it senses temps above 915F, or there is an open / short in the temp sensor. The only thing you can do is replace the sensor. Just getting the oven door open can be a real pain as you have unlatch the oven door lock to get to the screws that are in the top lip above the oven door so that you can change the sensor. Depending on model you may have to reach through a burner to manually unlatch the oven door lock or remove the side panel of the oven to manually unlatch the door lock. On most units It will not continue to self clean with an F3 code detected. Once an F3 code is detected the ERC shuts off power to the bake and broil elements so that it does not catch fire from a run away temperature condition.
F3 usually means, that the oven temp. sensor is bad and one need to replace it.
The fact, that it's not heating tells me, the fuse in the back also needs to be replaced (requires pulling out).
Code F-10 indicates a temperature runaway. There are two possible problems. 1) The oven temp sensor has failed. This can be checked using a standard multimeter. The sensor is located behind the rear access panel of your oven. The sensor should read about 1100 ohms at room temperature. 2) The oven control board needs to be replaced. There are no FRU's (field replaceable units) on the control board. Check the sensor first. Even a new control board is cheaper than a new oven.
