Battery could be bad. A bad battery can sometimes show a surface charge (voltage) on monitoring system, but when you go to use it nada happens because it has no current.

HOW TO RESET TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT IN A 2010 CHRYSLER SEABRING

The sensor in the tires takes a battery and the battery might be bad or the tires were filled with air that has too much water vapor in it and the sensor is affected by the water.

I have a 2006 toyota sienna. Awd. Can I just add air to my tires? Or do I need to take it to a tire shop?

Yes, u definitely can add air to ur tires at any Walmart gas station, 7-11 gas station. And mor gas stations should have the air pump. If u don't know how to though, try to pump the tires so they don't look anything like flat. If u can't tell any difference between flat, and full, there's an image below. Whenever u press the throttle( the thing at the lady's pointing finger), it pumps the air. Some gas stations might have free air pumps, but almost all of them u gotta pay like a dollar or something. When pumping air, I wouldn't go more than 4 on a car like that. How to tell if u have 4 units( I'm not sure what the official name of those units is) or less, is when u let go of the throttle( and press the long end to the valve on the tire with ur other hand) there's gonna pop out a small thing out of the short end. It's gonna have numbers from 1 and up. U want ur number to be at 3, maybe 3.5, but 4 is the max I would go on a car like that. If it still doesn't make sense on how to use it, I think the gas station staff should have no problem showing u how to use it

Very hard to turn steering wheel

Um... the video didn't demonstrate anything, only showed the steering wheel and the key.

If the engine is running, the tires aren't jammed against solid objects, there's no noise from the pump, the belt is tight, the power steering reservoir is full of fluid, and the steering wheel is still very hard to turn... then I suspect that the power steering pump has simply worn out badly and needs to be replaced.

Air compressor is working but air is not pumping to the tire. Initially, started filling but after certain time, pressure in the tire stopped increasing

Checkthis website:

The PN is Vec012POB not Veco12POB

My message window shows low tire pressure, but it doesn't say which tire. How do I find out which tire has pressure problems, and will the message automatically erase when the tire is fixed?

Well there's only one way to find out. Go full the tires. The air pump would have a psi reader and each tire if not identical have range of psi to fill to. So you don't have to buy a meter just go to the pump. Or do visual check.

Power steering doesn't seem to be right hard to steer and walks. Already replaced all the tires

It sounds like your steering pump or rack and pinion are defective. You should get more power assist. If the bypass valve is defective, you will have the problems you mentioned.

Since your vehicle is fairly new it may still be covered under warranty. Go to a dealer and mention the bypass valve, show the tire receipts.

Its unfortunate you changed the tires as the tires would show alignment issues with the front end. You may get a courtesy alignment if the old tires were warranteed. If you have the fronts you could bring them to the dealer.
