I cant access my account or maps or my bill or anything

Firstly do not worry.
Your apps are safe as are your games if you downloaded them from google.
You need to do the following:
Make sure you have a note of your google account details including your login.
Make sure you have the details you need to access the internet, including account, email, login and any access info you need for the router or hub if you are using one.
Perform a hard reset on the device.
Log into the hub if required.
Log onto the internet.
Access your google account and go to 'My Apps'
Re download all your apps and games.

Hello, Call T-Mobile cust. support and they will walk you thru accessing your bill. Billing Mobile Support

i went to archives.com and scrolled to the bottom. click on site map, then click on the FAQ, next you need to click on membership and billing, drop down to how do i cancel my membership or change billing options. when you see contact customer support, click on it, and fill out the contact information. it will stop all billing and cancel your account for you. hope that helped you a bit~ take care* :-)
