Create a new streaming account or internet profile. Just put any number for ports. Then use this as your default internet profile. In this case, when your phone tries to get access on internet, it will simply say "Unable to connect".
There are a few possible reasons for this.
I know a few years ago I had this happen to me because pay pal found out that I was not yet 18. Another reason I know of is because there was an attempt to use your account that they thought was not you. The last reason that I know of is that they need you to update information to prove that you are really the person using your account. You might have to send them a scan of an id card a bill (utilities, cell phone, stuff like that) or a scan of you social security card.

You said you removed the virus.
Then you must scan from spyware, adware etc.
If still not able to go to the internet, use Hijackthis to remove any change made to your Internet Explorer.

Once you have your computer working properly again, install Pc Laptop Guard, so you won't have to go thru this hassle again
I would start by doing a full virus scan followed by a full antiSPYWARE scan. there are a couple of nast items out there that do stop access to MS sites and even antivirus sites.
You could also try resetting IE 8 by going to thw tools option, internet options, advanced, reset
Your pc is infecter with trojan ( REMOTE CONTROL ) donwload and install new antivirus - antispyware and anti adware just scan pc and if pc going slowly remove it...
Which website? Sounds like you may either have a virus or your LSP is corrupt (which could also be caused by a virus). Try running Spybot-S&D (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Spybot_Search_and_Destroy/1043809773/1), updating it after installing, running a scan, and deleting anything it finds. Hopefully that helps.
