None of the instruments work on my 2000 F450; Gauges, Speedo, Odometer, etc. Ideas?

Could be a fuse. Have somebody who knows about cars look at the instrument cluster fuse to see if the wire inside is broken.

Check fuse for gauges. If ok, try banging on top of dash above instrument panel to see if they begin to work again. If they do, possible loose connection or defective cluster

If the odometer is analogue then it could be a broken speedo cable!

abs light on ? abs controls the speedo (odometer).... dont know what you mean by clocks.... do you mean the rev counter and gauges ??

Pull the instrument cluster out of the dash check all the connectors to it for loose pins and also take a look at the printed circuit on the back of the panel, look for any obvious problems. More than likely just pulling the connectors and reinserting them several times may cure this problem.

the speedo on that is a mechanical cable from the trans the other gauges are controlled from a fuse and sending units

try removing the + positive cable for a few minutes and then reconnect it allowing the computer to reset itself

IF YOUR SPEEDO IS WORKING THEN YOUR VSS IS OKAY, BAD VSS WILL STOP SPEEDO AND USALLY CAUSE HARD SHIFTING. NORMALLY ODO IS CONTROLLED BY SERVO MOTOR WHICH MAY HAVE WENT OUT. CHECK EBAY FOR REPAIR SERVICES OR SIMPLY GET A SALVAGE CLUSTER AND HAVE MILEAGE RESET

must be the dash connection in the back, need to demount dash panel, and spray wd40 on the connections.
