I just got new Storm 2 and keeps shutting down on

Try this 2 steps::
You have to remove the battery when mobile is turned ON and wait for few seconds re insert the battery then check.

Still if you have the same issue Hold down the ALT key, and press right-hand CAP key press the DELETE key aswell together which reboots the device.

Mean while contact your operator (customer service) if still issue remains same. I suggest you to take back up and re install operating system to you are Blackberry.. Best of luck

New Motorola SLVR is suddenly unresponsive, won't turn on

Try to replace the battery and if the unit is still under warranty advise the store to replace the battery.

My battery swell

Hi, Battery is calculated in Cycles and One Cycle is One charging & discharging. In ur case probly u might have used ur 300 Cycles. Most of the people do a mistake of keeping charging for whole of Night but when u talk about the cell phone if u keep in charging for the whole night unnessary Cycles are getting wasted. Mobile charge has a funda like it charges and over a time automatically it discharges as well. so don't keep it in Over night charging. U need to replace the battery. Else u will not get a perfect back up. Madhu AVN

Motorola razrv3 phone

I have had my RAZR for just over a year and within a month and a half of buying it I had the same problem with it shutting off for no reason. I had to plug it into the charger to even get it to turn back on. Of course Cingular wouldn't do anything to help me, but I was able to find a Motorola repair store, through contacting Motorola customer service (you can also get store locations online through their website) and they fixed it for me free of charge since I was still under warranty. Apparently I needed a software update and I haven't had any problems with the phone shutting off since. I have, however, recently been having problems with the keypad and volume button, like another poster, were it seems like someone is holding buttons down, while I'm not touching the phone. I have to get the phone replaced and thankfully I have the insurance because even though I am only 2 weeks past the warranty, AT&T won't replace the phone - if I didn't have the insurance I would have had to pay full price (at least $150) for a new phone. I recommend trying to get it fixed by Motorola or making sure you have the insurance!
