That sounds like a compnent failed in the preamp section. This will not be user servicable and will need to go into the repair shop.

Roland Micro Cube Amp fuse blew out. How do you fix it?

have a look here:

although it doesn't mention the fuse you will probably find it. Sometimes there is a fuse access on the outer case.

I have a very loud hiss/buzz sound coming from my Roland. It goes away if I lower the high volume knob. This just starred to happen recently. I tried changing connections from ch1-4 but no fix.

If this ties to a keyboard, make sure the keyboard and this are BOTH plugged into the same receptacle. You should send a higher level from the keyboard (turn volume up to around 70% or so) and use less volume at the input gain of this amp. Use more at master volume if the amp has one if needed. If the hiss is there with NO input cables plugged in and input gains at 50%, that is objectionable, the amp probably needs servicing. Unused channel gains should be clear down.

I have noticed a buzzing sound generated from the amplifier when I play my low e string

Several possibilities come to mind:

The speaker is driven too far mechanically causing the voice coil to go into a non-linear region.

The cabinet, stuff inside, grille cloth, or even a logo on the cabinet is resonant and rattles.

Your guitar setup is not quite right leading to "fret buzz"

To troubleshoot, reduce volume and see if that helps...

I plugged in my headphones, but it didn't eliminate speaker sound. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Assuming you plugged into the headphone jack, the switch contacts on the jack have apparently failed.

A cheating way to disable the speaker is to plug in a plug that has no connection to the terminals into the external speaker jack.
